Most requests come with a template. There is a product that does exactly this, and a rollout that has run a hundred times before. Those are not wrong here, but they are not the reason anyone calls us. We get called for the rest: for the question nobody sells an off-the-shelf answer to yet.
That we can take those on comes down to the other two areas. We run platforms ourselves and have worked productively with Artificial Intelligence for years. When both live in the same house, a venture does not have to be trimmed down to whatever a single tool happens to offer. The room to move comes from the combination.
The interesting ventures are the ones with no recipe yet.
We are committed to nothing in particular. No vendor, no framework, no house favourite that wins every conversation in the end. The company has reinvented itself several times, from game development through classical IT services to running its own cloud. Once you have done that, you stop being attached to any one tool.
What is left is work. We read our way into an unfamiliar field until we understand the questions that come up in it every day. Then we start small, with a slice that can be judged early, and only build out once it holds. And we say so when an idea does not hold.
